Ordered a number 2. The menu reads that it has onions and bell peppers. Didn't get any of that. The guy at the register didn't even say hello or asked what we would like. It's probably because he was chewing something. Maybe it's the Philly attitude. I don't know. I've never been. Besides that, the steak was tasty and drinks good. If the order was right I would have given 4 🌟.

Really? A review for THE BEST PHILLY CHEESE STEAK in Texas? Sure, why not. Start with imported bread (ooooooooooooh) and steak sliced oh-so-thin and grilled up on a flat griddle (THE way it's done son!) And melty, gooey cheese just bringing all this face stuffing goodness together. Sure, Fred's has a make-it-how-you-want-it menu, but the tried and true way is going traditional! Why make it a Texas-Philly, or another state version?! It's a PHILLY son, and that's the best way to eat It! Nuff said!!

Customer service here was very poor! I walked in and was greeted by some guy standing in the middle of the restaurant staring at me and texting. Never said anything.Come to find out it’s the cook! Then I order my food, should have left then but didn’t. So I get my food it was all bread and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Oh and They had just mopped I had stepped in it not on purpose but the other guy there made sure to make that into a Big deal, so I apologized and he just continued to go on. Needless to say the attitude is really bad. Don’t waste your time or money!

Surprisingly Delicious!!! .....no complaints!! Fries were seasoned to perfection and the Philly was what I expected-hot, flavorful, juicy, and everything just melted together. SOOOOOOO GOOD!!
