I'm not all that big on Luby's restaurants. I was there just as the were opening. They have a huge parking lot that was moderately clean and maintained. It appears that this Luby' s is an older location and the "feel" inside represents that. The window shades are dirty and you just get a feeling of oldness in the air. The food looked appetizing and fresh as you would expect early in their day. The only person who greeted me with a pleasant genuine smile and hello was a Latina prep cook from the back. I'm sure though that generally the management and front of house personnel are usually pleasant.

Very nice establishment. Service with as smile. Large selection, reasonable prices, clean, plenty of available seating. In addition to that the meal tadted perfect, temperature and seasoned to perfection. A very pleasant dining experience.

Came to this place yesterday Sunday for lunch and let's just say it was a horrible experience. Long lines and on top of that horrible service and horrible food. We wanted to bring our grandmother here that is 89 years old and the people here were not patient with her at all. I understand that it was a busy day for you but that was not cool. Everyone seemed a bit discourteous but maybe because you were busy. Thanks for being open but we're not grateful for the service we received. My grandma was a bit disappointed when she tried to ask for something and she was just ignored. Lubys used to be a friendly place but I guess not anymore. I guess we were April fooled by this Lubys. Oh and cold food.

I just recently left from this place a couple months ago and let's just say it was a bad experience. I wont tell nobody to come work at Lubys with the bosses they got there. I'm surprised that I stayed the years I did stay there. It's always disorganize. They are always out of food. They always send the employees to the store for groceries that they should already bought. You also never no what your schedule is because it change from day to day because when you leave and come back it something different and then they tell you to call before you come. You can't work there with those bosses because it's hard and some people work maybe 2 3 positions because of the schedule. That's why people always quit because of the bosses.

I had the bake chicken. It was over cooked and partly dry this time. My two sides dishes were excellent.
