I actually feel bad for Carls Jr cause the food is great but the management at this restaurant is always terrible. Wait in line for 5 minutes in the drive thru without anyone picking up a headset and asking what you'd like to order. Food takes forever to get once ordered and they mess up the orders often too.

Worst ever Looks good on tv, but don't be fooled. Couldn't finish 2nd bite of burger

I've had my wrap/burger here before in the mornings and they were good to go... but when we got it togo for dinner and I opened my lettuce wrap which isn't a cheap meal, it looked like they piled teaspoons of mayo mustard and ketchup each with no lettuce support on the bottom which the wrap becomes useless to hold up or even eatable.

Im a trucker so im hear a lot. The people who work here at the Carl's Jr are terrible. They look stoned 1/2 the time i see the kids in the back touching there hair and clothes while making the food and just slapping it together. The rest of the truck stop is nice. The doughnuts, subway and TA ect. But who's ever managing the Carl's Jr needs a visit from the higher ups. There's one lady who is nice and does a good job, but the rest are just cruzin threw there shift, you can tell.

Laziest people I have ever seen in my life. I was the second customer in line and it took the 20 minutes to get me my order. Three of them standing in the back talking and playing on there phones. This isn't the first time this has happened. Sad because I'm a long haul driver always coming threw and depend on this stop.
