Great atmosphere! Beer is a delicious! Food is excellent and service is awesome, got greeted with a nice hello how are ya, and our waiter had a smile on his face each time he returned to the table! Perfect quiet spot to relax for a bit!

We had an amazing lunch at Dodging Duck. First off, the place is a great little country restaurant, with a good small town vibe. Second, the food was very good. But the truly special thing about our lunch was the service: for only the second time ever a waiter actually truly listened to my wife and I when we said "we are going to share the burger and the salad." He made sure the kitchen set up 4 plates for us: 2 for each half burger with our own toppings and side mashed potatoes, and then another 2 small salad plates. This meant a lot to us - typically we tell our server that we're going to share, and they still only bring one plate...and sometimes not even a small side plate. We definitely recommend Dodging Duck for people visiting Boerne and planned to go again the next time we are in town!

The draft beers were great. Sausage and pretzels delicious! Yes, we had to dodge ducks crossing the road in front of the restaurant!

Extremely good. Kids meal cheese burger is also well sized at good price. Defilently recommend trying the squid burger also.
