The BBQ was good! The process and setup was different. Maybe, it was the layout of the restaurant was different. I had a chop beef sandwich and it was excellent. I also enjoyed the chicken too. We were passing through Brady and saw the BBQ restaurant and it looked to be a new business. The other BBQ restaurant we stopped at a year ago was closed this time. We were sitting on the porch and the tarp was hitting people from the wind.

Great for a quick lunch! The brisket was good, but the sausage was awesome. Price was pretty reasonable for two meats, pinto beans, a side, and a drink. The blackberry cobbler was also pretty good. Will come here again! Love the BBQ pit outside, too

Brisket and ribs to die for. The quail poppers are an added bonus. The beans could be a little better. But that is just my opinion. This is the BBQ place I go to in Brady.

Nasty. Sorry I'm from KC and woukdrather wait until I go home twice a year than gamble on what's kept outside on an open pit. Have given them a second chance and it's still awful . If you like flies all over your meat then this is your place. EVERYTIME THEY OPEN THE PIT FLIES ALL OVER TJE FOOD. I was with a group from work and it made us all nauseated and I chose a baked potato with everything on it BUT BBQ as it was wrapped up with foil and the only thing not contaminated with flies. They have to fix that as it seems to be a health hazard. Im not sure that they are smart enough to understand what a health concern that flies are all over your food...Health Dept needs to explain it to them.

Food was not good, and we knew just by the looks of the outside grill that it wasn't going to be good, but when it's the only place open for miles you tend to swallow your pride. I won't be back though.
