I was looking for this place and still almost missed it - very small, doesn't look like a restaurant. I walked to a table and the next table had just been served. A young lady had a pancake. The biggest pancake I have ever seen, it was at least 3 1/2 inches thick, and I could see it was light, airy and looked wonderful. She ate about 1/4 and was stuffed. I ordered a 'small' order of chicken fried steak, and I have a good appetite. I left almost a quarter and was stuffed. Crunchy outside, thick steak inside. Very good peppery cream gravy. I would find a way to stop there again if I was within 100 miles.

Good food, friendly service. Always have a good time with some very friendly folks that will treat you like family. Gave this little cafe a try and I am sure you won't be disappointed. Also if you like really sweet tea, that's the place to go. This is just a small little cafe in a small town in Texas, but you will leave with a big smile and a full belly.
