I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of wings online while at work. I received my order over an hour and a half later. Both pizzas were cold, dough was already hardening, wings were warm, not hot. I called to inform the store and was hung up on 4 times must have caller ID linked to my order. I am so disappointed. I spent $40 and I realize mistakes may happen so wasn't really too concerned, was going to voice my concerns so it wouldn't happen again to someone else but after them hanging up on me, I will not return to this facility or order anything from them. Papa John's should have been who I called anyway but the Pizza Hut where I live is awesome and the Pizzas and customer service are outstanding. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pizza was good, but there is no parking space and their delivery guys park the Handicap and "no-parking" areas, total no care approach from employees and no manager visible

This store specifically, is dealing with a lot of adversity, but is still making good pizza and trying hard. Might need better management.,

Ordered online my total was $33 when delivery got to my house he said they didnt have the pasta ready so it was less. Told me husband to go pay when he got inside husband told me it was $27?! How if we only ordered med pep and large pep? Called manager and he just said he doesn't see me order anything and he cant help! Manager is rude and doesn't help at all. Waste of time
