Fast, friendly service. The food was super yummy. Although there were no vegetarian options on the menu, I asked if they could make me something vegetarian and got these delicious noodles with fried tofu. 👌Definitely coming back here!

It's gross and unsanitary. The taste is good. But when I ate the fresh roll there was a strand of long black hair inside the roll. I hope that who ever prepares the food inside the kitchen should wear a hair net to avoid contaminating the food.

We are from out of town. The restaurant that we frequent was closed so we asked around for another Viet restaurant and several people suggested Vien Dong. We were not disappointed. Their pho was even better than our usual place. This will be our go-to Port Arthur restaurant from now. Food was great and price reasonable. It is a mom n pop style restaurant, nothing fancy.

Terrible customer service. I understand that it was busy and the lady was the only person at the register ringing customers through. That being said, it is not okay to blatantly ignore a customer. I waited in line and when I got to the counter with the menu in hand and my card out ready to order take out, the lady skipped right over me, to help the customers who were behind me. MULTIPLE TIMES. Not sure if it was because they finished eating and were ready to pay and she was anxious to close out orders, but it is NOT okay to de-prioritize a person who has clearly been waiting in line and not even acknowledge them. I walked out and needless to say will not be returning.
