Wow!!! This is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced in my life!!!! Every single Wendy’s has been efficient and quick and this one is the worse!!! 20-30 minutes wait in the drive thru not on a weekday lunch rush is absolutely ridiculous. In such a high demand popular area this location really needs to figure out how to run a “fast food” restaurant.

Way too busy and understaffed as most restaurants are. I went and use the restroom came back five minutes later in the line not moved at the counter. Seems like restaurants always take care of drive-through before they take care of their face to face customers these days so I left without ordering

Update 5/14/18 : They still have a problem with messing up orders, don't know if its because they have difficulty hearing their customers but I still have items missing in one out of every two or so orders. The woman who was rude no longer works there and the staff are courteous. Walking in though to fix my order Wednesday, being the first time I really stepped into the establishment, had gnats flying around my head while waiting to pick up my missing item which I believe is a health code violation. Original: The staff are rude and majority of the time I have things missing from my order. Used to be a regular here, but I got fed up with every time I came to this place they would get my order wrong. Also had another bad experience where I went through the drive-thru as I was choosing what to order, I could hear through the drive-thru speaker a heavy set Mexican lady talking in Spanish bitching to the person taking our order about how we're not ordering fast enough.

I live nearby to this location. Definitely the longest wait time for a fast food drive thru. and I have to say check your order every time because their order accuracy has been 60-65% correct. I call and they offer to make it right but i don’t have the extra time for that or I forget about it.

Nothing special. Seating area was dirty and we had to clean a table to sit at. Depending on the day and staffing, I've had to wait for up to 15 minutes both inside and drive through. If my daughter didn't want baconaters, we wouldn't eat here.
