We enjoy this location very much. As far as Chili's go it is comfortable and very acssesible. They have the table pay kiosk which makes that easy. They have a points club called Plenty and it comes in handy. They have the two for $22 and those make ordering easier. It is a good Chili's....wait staff is attentive and food runners are helpful.

So far for the last several months when we go they NEVER have Stella Artois. Every time....so I decide to get a blue moon....only to be told they are also out of that. The staff is nice and laid back. Food is good for the price. Who ever is in charge of ordering the alcohol needs to reevaluate the process...

Roy is the store manager and does a wonderful job! I highly suggest Chili's in Burleson to not just eat there, but cater your next event! Food was hot, delicious and right on time! Feed about 20 people and highly worth it!

This place is convenient for me in terms of location, and the food has always been decent. Chilis is nothing special and is pricey for what it is, but until today it was at least consistent. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, well done. Unless I cook the burger myself with meat that I ground myself, I will not consume anything cooked less that well done (unless it's from a well known steakhouse or something). I got it home and took a bite only to find that it was cooked medium and somehow dry as a bone, not to mention room temperature. The fries were also room temperature. I only live five minutes away so it's not like they got cold on the way home. The second thing I ordered was a rack of ribs. She says they're fine, but they really skimped on the sides. There weren't many mashed potatoes and they only gave a half cup of black bean juice. Normally you'll get a full cup of black beans with pico on top. Whatever. I rang the manager and he gave me a $20 gift card for my trouble. I guess that's fair but after this it may be a while before I feel like using it. Burleson is up to its neck in chain restaurants and over the last ten years ago some actual good restaurants started to appear. I don't know how places like this have as many customers as they do. Despite them being so close to my home, I'm about done with them.

The food is good it's always good I can't complain about that but on my last visit I ordered to go and I was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I got there about 15 minutes and my food was not ready. I was offered a drink while I wait which is good customer service in my opinion. But if you say 10 or 15 minutes and I have to wait an additional 10 minutes after the 15-minute mark that is not good service. That was my first time for Chili's to go maybe my next time will be better.
