I was there a little over a month ago, and I ordered a 2 fish 3 chicken platter to go, which they were *kind* enough to hold the chicken, even though I had paid for it. To top it off, they got my sides wrong. So, of course, I didn't realize all of this until I was 30 minutes away, ready to sit down and eat. I filled out the survey I was given, and even made specific reference to this, yet no response from neither the store manager, nor their boss. Now, my expectations of fast food are fairly low, but when you screw up this badly, it's no wonder this company is closing locations left and right. They've lost another customer...sad, because I've eaten at LJS my whole life prior to this experience.

In a 5 month period I’ve given this place 3 different chances. Always a 10 minute wait in the drive thru before even asked what you’d like to order, and only one or two cars ahead of you or as my last trip only me and was told “just a minute” still 5 minutes later, nothing! 3 cars in parking lot, says a lot. Total time to get cold food 25-30 minutes. Maybe I’m just use to South Texas Long Johns where lines have 8-10 cars ahead of you and a full dining area and you’re outta there in less than 10 minutes, not here in Clute, Texas!

Greasy fish! Not crispy or tasting fresh! It was very unappetizing!
