I have ordered from this location a few times online at their website. Every time I order for work every sandwich is wrong. I order for my office and they can't get 2 or 3 sandwiches correct. I have ordered an hour in advance and still had to wait 20 minutes after the time it said it would be ready for pick up. I sent a complaint in using their website, I received an email stating that it was sent and received by the district manager. This was well over a month ago and I have yet to receive anything from him/her. This shows me they do not care at all. The place is to small and poorly ran. Close it and open a new one. Good new is Firehouse Subs is just a mile further down the road. Thanks for nothing Subway.

Twice now I've ordered online, and both times I've had to ask for my sandwiches to be remade. One of those times, the employee was remaking my two sandwiches, and put the tomatoes on the wrong one. I told her that was incorrect and she proceeded to take them off the first sandwich and place them on the other one. I informed her of the health risk she was imposing on people through this action and she just shrugged it off and remade the sandwich for a third time. If I go in person, I have no problems. Hopefully I'll be able to trust this subway to make online orders someday..but won't be trying again anytime soon.

Horrible Service every time! Always a line, and order is always wrong when placing order online. Manager doesn't care, new employees all the time, it's a revolving door. Very odd layout, when you enter, you're in line right at the front door. Too close for comfort. Shut it down if you can't do it right!

Was what I expected. Food ok. Service was rushed, but it was busy with a impolite customer they were doing a good job of dealing with.

Small location. I recommend takeout instead of dining in
