They are seemingly incapable of handling a crowd. They were on a wait when we got here and I swear the incompetence of the staff all the way to the manager is staggering. They give you a celebrities name for the wait list rather than your own. Some might find this endearing but in a crowded and noisy place it’s just annoying. People were being sat left and right who came after us. My grandmother who has Alzheimer’s was with us and they put us in the worst possible place to accommodate her needs. The food was cold. The service was horrible. And then they had the audacity to chase us down as we left demanding that we pay our bill. It had already been paid. Someone needs to teach these folks a lesson in customer service.

The Hurst location hasn't disappointed me yet! Sometimes the wait is little long but the customer service is worth it. It's always clean and service is super fast.

We went here because of the Hawaiian Bread French toast, and I got the cinnamon version. It was good, but very rich. I got the eggs and meats with it, and hash browns. The food was good. My hubby got Harvest Nut and Grain pancakes, always a favorite of mine, that aren't available at Denny's. Our waiter was really excellent. Very quick, friendly and attentive. The coffee mugs were really small. This was good and bad. We had to keep fixing our coffee, but then again, it stayed hot. Because, the waiter left a cute little insulated coffee carafe on the table. It was good because he didn't have to keep refilling the cups. They had half and half and also the flavored hazelnut type of half and half, so I was happy. The restaurant was full of people and was noisy. It was hard for us old people to hear. And the restroom was all the way on the other side, and you had to squeeze through part of the kitchen to get to it. It could have been cleaner. There was a line to pay at the door, which made it awkward getting out. This was about 10:30 or 11:00 a.m., and so maybe it would be less busy/noisy at a different time.

My favorite IHOP that I have ever been to. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and pleasant. They are just so friendly, it's almost unbelievable. The food is delicious every time and I have never had an order made wrong. YMMV. Pricing is great and the staff try to take your order it and pair it with menu items to save you money. I absolutely love this place.

Ask for LUIS (LOUISE sound). He's the best waiter I've ever had! He makes sure my order is correct and Fast! We go there every week and we try different choices every time. We are always happy with the service and friendliness.
