Burgers were extremely small size, staff was rude, tables were not cleaned, and floor was dirty. My wife and I sat on the mezzanine. After a few minutes, they turned the lights off on us! We yelled that we were here, they turned the lights back on, then when the guy brought our food up to us he rudely told us, “this area is closed!” Except they didn’t have a sign or barrier indicating the area was closed. We came for a burger, not an argument! Also, the three lemon slices left by the iced tea looked sickly. The burgers were smaller than the palm of my hand and made me wonder where the beef was. After eating our pitifully tiny burgers we were still hungry so we went to another restaurant in the same shopping complex for some soup.

When I was first introduced to Smashburger in San Diego it was well....A Smash Hit. I've tried this location twice while visiting Dallas, and was met with more of a slap in the face. My first visit was overall OK, The second visit yielded a much different result as the place was dirty, the food took over 15 minutes to finish, and the fried Brussels sprouts were soaked in grease (How hard is it to shake the fry basket before you plate them?)

This is what was in my Salad today when I went to Smashburger. This is my 3rd experience and the first two was wonderful. This experience was horrible. It was huge egg shells and something that look like weeds from the ground...😦 I was so hungry 😣 and I made it home and was disappointed. They did want to do a remake but with that I just wanted a refund.....
