It was really good when it first opened. Busy but that was expected. But your food was good and the wings and fries were fresh and crispy. But as time went on it had the same issues other Sherman location had that ended up with it shutting down. In fact, it may be the same staff who ruined the first Wingstop. The staff is lazy, doesn't pay attention to what you order, and doesn't know how to prepare food properly. Last time I ordered wings they were so terrible they weren't even edible and we ended up throwing the whole order in the trash. This was after waiting over an hour for a 20 piece wing and fries. Went to this location with a buddy for lunch. We ordered at the same exact time and the same order just different flavors of wings. His order was out in 10-15 minutes. I waited over 45 minutes for my order which I didn't even get to eat because it was time to go back to lunch. We were the only ones in the place and when I went to check on what was taking so long they were in the back just talking away and I assumed forgot to even start my order. I will not be back to this location and will not waste my money or the terrible product that this location puts out. The one in Mckinney is great but living in Sherman I will just go to Wild Wings instead. Please wingstop corporate get rid of this staff or this location will not last much longer.

Quiet place, not a lot of traffic. Takes a bit to get your food. But the service is great.
