We go about 1 to 2 times a year for a special treat. Always excellent food that makes you think about it for months. And service great. This trip was surprised by the new buffet they have, kinda made it feel on the cheap side. Had 6 in our party. Was not packed, no wait, got there at 7:30. Waiter pushed buffet, but we wanted to be waited on , enjoy the atmosphere and relax. Well we got to relax. Our food took 1hr 20min to get to the table, waiter never once said sorry for the wait or its coming out. When we got it, was dissapointed that the food did not seem to there freshness and handmade quality we are used to at this establishment. More like a cheddars reasturaunt. I love cheddars, the food qaulity matches the prices, but when you pay $258.97 plus tip ( over $300) you expect fresh ingredients. Dissapointed on the experience.
