The staff are trying but I have been in the drive thru, stuck here for 20 minutes... I am sitting in the line right now.. and I’ll wait to see if my food is hot... and now I’m up to the window and the card machine is down.. and they didn’t tell me when I ordered.. so maybe it just happened??.. I am sitting at the window and the manager is on the phone trying to fix it.. God Bless.

This is a terrible taco bell that I would advise avoiding at all costs like it was the plague. The drive thru takes way too long, sometimes upwards of an hour. I stopped going because I can drive out of my way to another location, take a bathroom break, get my food, get gas, go to my house for a nap, play some video games, and then drive back to this location and the drive thru will not have moved. Not really that bad, but you get the idea. Corporate needs to intervene desperately. Until then, STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Staff is good. They are trying. Whoever is *responsible for staffing* however, needs to really pay attention to their order fufillment data. The past 2 or 3 times I have come here, they have seemed very understaffed resulting in long waits. The store on Main St. (as mentioned by another reviewer) never had this problem.

Hey, it's a Taco Bell. What do you expect. It is interesting how they can take the same ingredients, combine them in a different way and give it a new name. Like quesaditto. What is that? anyway it's quick and easy. UPDATE--- Well I haven't been here in a while and boy it has gone down hill. I assume that it is under new management, because DANG!!! Service is AWFUL!!! As I pulled up there was a guy with his pants around his knees having a rather Violent argument with his phone...and I think the phone was winning! We walk in and stand in front of the counter waiting for someone to take our order. There are 3 guys in the back working. No one looks up...no one acknowledges our presence...for 5 min. one guy puts some food on the counter and yells out a name and doesn't even look at us...Well that's enough. I say good bye and leave. Downgraded star from 3 to 2

The last couple of times I've gone there I was told by the cashier that there was a 30 minute wait. It looked like only half the kitchen was running and two people working. The Taco Bell on the north side of GP on Main St. is much better; never had a problem and the staff is much more courteous.
