We went for my step daughter's birthday after church service. The wait time was an hour which was ok. Then when we ordered everyone received their food except for me and my daughter. I never received my salad until it was time to leave and they offered me a free side. We asked for refills on our drinks and never received them either. We had to wait for everything we asked for and it was testing my patience. The food was really good but the service sucked.

I put off writing a review, but after two bad experiences, I guess it wasn't a fluke. Both visits were during slow hours, we had three people, and waited over an hour for our food. Salad arrived after my food and drink refills are nonexistent. There was a piece of nettingcin the gravy. I pointed it out, told the server I would keep my food, and just wanted her to let the kitchen know, and she was very rude about it. She wasn't very nice to begin with, acted like we were inconveniencing her with our presence. So after two bad experiences, unfortunately, we won't be bad. I used to really like this place..

Good food but not always accurate. They do make vallad attempts to correct mistakes. I visited cheddars again. Appetizer was prepared incorrectly. It was sent back immediately. The employee that delivered it to table made the choice to not send it back to be re cooked but she herself would remove sour cream from dip and give same plate back. Big mistake this was reported to manager. Chicken tenders were overcooked and red beans and rice were very salty.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Went for lunch specifically for new Orleans pasta. Was told they had no pasta. REALLY? Several pasta dishes on the menu and you run out of pasta? Settled for fish tacos. Should have been called Cole slaw tacos. VERY little fish. I remember now why I rarely go there any more.
