This is the worst location ever!! Just went there and they where extremely rude!!! They had the worst attitude ever. And I guess my husband was invisable because they skipped over him to the next people like he was not even there. Then I asked them to not cut the wrap and she flat out ignored me and cut it anyway. So I just grabbed my husbands hand and walked off. They can just throw it away!! And I know it's because me and my husband where a different race because me and my husband where the only ones they where disrespectful too and not the same race as them and the other customers. They can just throw it away because I will NEVER EVER go to any subway. Jason's Deli sells sub sandwiches and they are always respectful and never treat one customer better over the other because of ones race.

Went in to order and they are not even close to closing hours and the only had 2 footlong breads left at 7pm. Then they dont have any cookies and says she cant make anymore. What kinda of buisness isnt prepared for these types of scenarios. On top your located on the busiest and heavy traffic flow spots in humble. Get it together subway...

First of all the lady dropped a knife on the floor-another pretended to clean it with water in the sink in front of me. Tried to use that dirty knife on my food and called her out on it. The customer behind me did the same thing because she saw it too. That lady told her co worker to go wash it- she walks away and comes back within a second with the knife and it wasnt even wet. Not to mention she had the same gloves on when she left and they werent wet. They used that knife on other people's food and they didnt know it fell on the floor. I told her I got a Italian BMT, but she told me no because I didnt get pepperoni (mind you, this is after the girl translated what I was saying). I said I know I substituted the pepperoni for the turkey. Anyways, walked out with a $12 sandwich and not happy! Never again! This one needs to close or do an employee overhaul of new ones.

Found a woodchip in my sandwich and it tasted like dishwater.

Had a huge line, only white or wheat bread. I had to tell the person what went on a Reuben! Last visit here for me.
