Multiple experiences at Across the Pond. All of them great. Amazing service, even better food. Especially if you like pub food. Wide selection of beers. Almost everything can be made gluten free if needed. 10/10

First time visit. Prices were good and food was excellent. Only issue was service. We sat in the bar as the rest of restaurant was a little chilly. Bartender had 1 couple at the bar and us. Yet, she greeted us, took our order, delivered our food and brought the bill. Never checked if food was good or if we wanted additional drinks (which we did) plus if you asked her a question she could not give an answer without making it into a silly joke. However, other waitstaff came over and took up the slack of the bartenders inattentiveness. The most outstanding of this group was a lady by the name of Danni. She was excellent. We will go again but avoid the bar if the same person is working.

We love coming here to watch Arsenal play. The owner is a big soccer (football) fan and there is always a pretty big group. The food is classic British cooking. I highly recommend the scotch eggs and all the breakfast items. The fish n chips are award winning and come in a big platter. The servers are all very nice and well trained.

Me and my family went here and were pretty impressed. Their menu mainly consists of food from the UK and was pretty authentic. We got the scotch eggs as an appetizer and they were phenomenal. The fish and chips entree was top notch as well. The wait staff were friendly and helpful and the rustic english atmosphere was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Dani made all the difference! If they had more staff like her, this place would rock. The food was excellent, but service was lacking in the bar. Dani told us we could sit there because it was cold in the other part of the restaurant. The bartender took our order and brought the food. Another waitress brought my husband's soda, and later the vinegar and ketchup. Dani brought silverware. Dani came over when we flagged her down from her section to get us a drink refill and a to go box. Dani's attitude was cheerful and helpful. Overall service from the bartender was lacking. She did have one couple at the bar she was serving.
