Our first time eating here. One of the few sit down restaurants offering fried chicken on the bone. Their menu had a lot good offerings and variety. Our food was fresh and hot. Every table is served warm biscuits with butter and honey. We will definitely be back.

We were excited to have a new restaurant in town but the choices are the same as a ton of other Kerrville restaurants. They brought a small bowl of prepackaged saltines and wafer crackers with butter packets. I found it a little strange for what's supposed to be a higher end restaurant. I ordered the fried shrimp with coleslaw and onion rings and it was a large portion but nothing spectacular. My mother got the chopped steak with onion rings and "crazy corn" (corn with bacon, pepper and a cheese sauce). Once again a large portion but nothing spectacular. I really don't feel the need to come back here again.

We went a little after lunch. Was not very busy (to my liking). Great service. Terrific food. I had liver and onions and they were the best I have ever had. Very tasty and tender. My wife had chicken gizzards and loved them. Prices very good.

The fried chicken was incredible, as was the fried okra. Absolutely breathtaking food, and the service was flawless. We've been in Texas a week and this is hands down the best food we've had. Excellent. The only complaint I'd have is that the building is pretty near uninsolated and can get surprisingly cold if it's below freezing out.

Menu is just like their location in Welfare. Food is adequate. We visited on Mother's Day at shift change, or so we were told. The waiter was nice but seemed overworked. The food came in waves and an order was confused. I'd like to think that maybe it was a bad day for them.
