Dark and old with loud music if that’s what you like. The food was not that great and the menu has no beef unless it’s a special. If your looking to drink wine and listen to piano music then you’ll probably be happy. Always wanted to try it because I’ve heard good things but now I know.

Great place great atmosphere. Actual Italian food. Friendly service and the owner even came ask us how we were doing. I'll be back.

Wife and I have attended 3 of the dinner theater shows here and have no complaints about the food. Our most recent visit was not the best. Our waitress could not describe the alcohol selections, removed bread plate before asking if we wanted more bread. The biggest disappointment was being charged 18% gratuity at a group rate when it was just the two of us. It was not advertised as such, and Franca corrected the bill upon request. We left 14% tip. But will most likely not be back soon.

True Italian food from a wonderful person named Franca who learned from her father, the original owner, Franco, who was raised in Italy. Her food is fantastic, the restaurant is personalized with custom statues and you will enjoy her personable treatment of all who enter. Then they have the monthly plays performed while eating!! Ciao!!

Very friendly and inviting has everything you could want in a place to impress the lady. Owner and staff are very helpful and attentive. Food is spectacular and is very well proportioned. The atmosphere is not only romantic but also family friendly. I would recommend Frances to anyone who wanted real Italian food.
