Jim’s! I never have anything bad to say about any Jims locations I have been to. The staff are always very friendly and courteous and their food always goes well above and beyond my expectations. Today I had the 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. I added their delicious salsa to my over medium eggs and it was the perfect blend with my toast. My boyfriend had the chicken fried steak with eggs, gravy, hash browns and biscuits. The steak was massive and would be great for sharing. I wish we took a picture because not only was it big on the plate but it was thick too. Not those thin chicken fried steaks that are sadly all too common in restaurants. Oh and it was under $10!! Best value around! Next we plan to try the chicken fried pork cutlets!

This is my preferred Jim's Restaurant in San Antonio. Servers are nice and the food taste doesn't change. Reason I rated it less than 5 star is due to the fact that the person in the front aren't as attentive as the ones before. The wait to be seated has been longer than usual. Otherwise, this place is clean and often find families are seniors dining in.

They serve 24 hrs a day and ha e a very wide variety of food. The staff is friendly and prices ate quite reasonable. All these thing keep me coming back. Their tortilla soup is delicious as well as their hamburgers, soups and salads. Their desserts are amazing. Enjoy.

The service is superb. I mean it really it. That alone deserves 10 stars, but the food quality has taken some steps back. The food is my main reason for loving this restaurant. (New cooks maybe??🤔). I will change this rating once the food gets back to the Jim's norm.

The times I've been at Jim's, I've had very nice waitresses and very nice cashiers. They keep me updated on my food when they have a chance and are quick to hand me my food when I call in a pick-up order. Very good home cooking and it's a plus that they're open 24/7 on those late nights I want tortilla soup! Highly recommend the Nacogdoches/ 1604 location.
