We've been twice over the past month. Both times the food was great. Family owned. Cool atmosphere. Remember to bring your own bottle of wine because they do not serve alcohol, but will remove corks & provide glasses for small fee.

The food was good, which is the only reason why i'm giving it two stars. The service was horrible. We were greeted by one guy at first who took our drink order, and then we sat there for 15 minutes before a girl came up and took our drink order again and brought the drinks out. We ordered, and my food was wrong when it came out. I didn't even have a chance to tell anyone it was wrong because no one came back to check on us and ask how the food was, and the person who dropped it off (not our server) left immediately after it hit the table. My water was empty for a long time and I watched several staff members walk by/stand around the area of our table and no one offered a refill. My friend and I have both been servers and understand the struggle of a busy friday night, but this was pretty bad.

The food and atmosphere are great. My only complaint is that we came in with good friends for an early dinner at 5. There were several of your staff standing around at the front desk including our waiter. It took more than 15 minutes for our waiter to take our order which I probably would not have minded except that we could see him and he was literally doing nothing. It will likely be a while before we return. Suggestion: when people come to eat an early meal don’t cram them all together along the back wall. It’s just uncomfortable and devalues those patrons.

Italian garden is one of my favorite parts about lubbock. The tortellini is the best thing on the menu. I also like the salad with the best Italian dressing I have ever had. I would also advise bringing your own wine since its byob. The best part is the friendly staff and I would love to come back again. I will defiantly bring my family and kids back here again

This was my first time here. I ordered the tortellini with shrimp in pink sauce. $15.99 There were only 4 medium size shrimp in the dish. The tortellini were plentiful but very heavy and doughy with scant filling. The overall taste was good but personally would have liked a bit more garlic. The salad was simply iceberg lettuce and one tomato slice. The other five diners at my table voiced no complaints and ate all of their dish. I would like to see a more substantial and authentic Italian dinner salad offered on the menu.
