Thank U for ur service. Place is clean. Nice people working.

slight slow service. Employees however are polite, place is cleaner than most fastfood places here in town. Only actual complaint would be that they mess up the orders more often than they should, but thats something that can always be worked on and fixed over time if the employees are new.

The staff here is the rudest I have ever dealt with at any Dairy Queen. I have only been 2 times since i moved to Lubbock. Tonight when I went, they messed up my order after I repeated my order 4 times because the lady couldn't understand, "Meat & cheese nachos." After I got annoyed, the lady taking my order popped off with an attitude, and I had to bite my tongue. When I got to the window, again, she was rude, wouldn't look me in the face, and didn't say anything like "thank you, your food will be out soon," or anything. She just opened the window, took my money and shut the window. Then, a guy came to the window, after 10 minutes of waiting, to let me know that they STILL got my order wrong and I had to pay for the difference and acted like it was my fault that she rung it up wrong. I ended up cancelling my entire order and driving off. I won't be back and I called corporate.
