I continue to have mixed feelings about this particular Jack in the Box. Sometimes, we have good service, but most of the time we feel like we never want to go back again. Some of the employees just don't care and pretend as if they don't want to be there. However, the food is still always good and the prices are always reasonable! Maybe all they need to work on is the customer service aspect.

This place is a health hazard that requires immediate attention. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club salad that contained brownish gray lettuce that had liquefied on the bottom and covered all contents in a slime. The chicken was covered in decomposing cheese and had a terrible sour smell. After multiple attempts to contact this location and finally getting through only to communicate with incompetent management, an official complaint has been made to corporate and to the Health Department of Collin County.

The food is usually good. Make sure to double check your order. Also, always double check that you get the sauces you want. Be prepared for a wait if there is more than one car ahead of you. The employees are efficient but not generally good with the social aspect of customer service.

Always picture perfect food! I've never had an issue with this location. Everything always comes out hot & delicious!

When I walked in it smelled so very bad that I almost made it smell worse. I don't know why that I went any further but I thought French Fries! I said to myself no one could mess up fries. I thought I would take them out to my truck and eat them there. But I was wrong two more times. This place is the worst in any feature they're is, I wouldn't feed my dog anything from here.
