Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. But non the less, I went for a third time to this location. Once again, no tomatoes. I finally asked if there was a shortage or something. The employee said that she didn’t have any prepped. It was 5:47pm....and no tomatoes. The last two visits, the truck didn’t deliver. I told her I will and she said it would be a few minutes and I told her that I didn’t mind. When I got to the window, I handed her $11 in quarters because I had just left the car wash...she slammed the window and threw off her headset and walked away. Another lady came to the window to give me my order. I asked who was the district or area manager...no one knew. To say that this was beyond poor service would be an understatement. But I’m not surprised, because I continue to be actually disrespected. This goes beyond a bad experience. Nothing has changed. Its my fault, because I continue to be subjected to this level of service all because I enjoy subway.

The food was outstanding. Wine wonderful. We sat outside early this evening, and the weather was perfect. I admit the street noise can be a bit much. Having said that, it was quieter than many restaurants are inside. The food was so good I almost forgot to mention the service. It was wonderful. Attentive, but not the least intrusive. So for an evening treat, I highly recommend Valentien. I know I will be back any time I am in Bakersfield. And if they have the chocolate souffle, have it!

a nice place to enjoy a healthy Subway, they usually have everything, there is few great people seeing and there is other no so good, but they don't last. one of my favorite Subway around town, I feel like they really know what I want, they all ready know me some of the old staff. I will give them more stars, but they always move the staff to other stores!!!!
