I have had some good and bad experiences at this McDonald's. I am not sure what the problem is but they specialize in making the same kind of food everyday, 365 days of the year. There are occasions when you want to change things up and it seems that if you require a special order, these people cannot seem to take onions and pickles off of the sandwich. The other thing that kills me is the fact that if you criticize the crew, they refuse to get your order right. They look at you in your face and treat you as if you are inconveniencing them. Why is it so hard for a person who works in a fast food restaurant to make your order the way you order it? I cannot understand how it is that I have to pay for my food but these people act like they are giving you the food for free and therefore you should stop making them do the job that your money pays them to do. Whoever owns this restaurant, please train your people the basic concepts of great customer service. New Boston, TX is a small town and should be known for something. Why not be known for excellent customer service. We live in one of the greatest nations and we used to be known for our hospitality and treating people well. Now we act like it is a burden to treat people the way we want to be treated. I don't like McDonald's food enough to overlook bad customer service. I certainly don't think that a company, whose success is maintained by serving the public unhealthy food, should be the worst purveyors of good customer service.

Fast friendly service, food was hot and fresh. Waited on by Victoria. Very knowledgeable and professional. One of the better McDonald's (service wise) I've been to. Definitely recommend.

I always have issues when coming to this place. They have gotten a little better when I address something before whatever I buy is prepared. Someone is either making my food with no gloves, giving me the wrong order or just plain rude. Not my favorite place to go but it's about all we have in the New Boston besides some other places I will not speak of.

Listen if you're a senior stressed out about life, scholarships and college then come in with a group of your friends to get happy meals. Play with the toy in the meal. Have a day where you are just happy cause you got a happy meal. It's an experience. Enjoy life.

I generally do not trust mcd food. This mcd seems to be a little better than most as far as service and food. Hold your nose for the bathroom.
