Great place in a hidden end of the street. The food was amazing; a great place to go for a quiet meal with cozy feel and lovely lighting. If your looking food local favorites and a meal you can't find regularly, I highly recommend this place. The 3 meat platter was a nice variety. Fried oysters were cooked lightly and came with a homemade tartar sauce. By far the duck breast was AMAZING. The 2 mix platter also had quail, first time I've had it where it wasn't overcooked and dried out. Will definitely return!

The food was tasty and fresh. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and romantic. We sat outside which is also romantic and enjoyable. It's lit up at night. The food is expensive but you can tell that it's better quality food than a lot of other places that you go. We purchased the parmesan crusted chicken with pasta. The sauce on the pasta was nice and thick like I like it. Not runny. The chicken tortilla soup was delicious. They added avocado and a white cheese to the top. We went during the day and after we ate we visited the shops that are within walking distance. The service was good but I wish the server was a little bit more warm and friendly. The restaurant is tucked in behind the stores off San Antonio Road. I actually kind of like that because it feels more romantic and less busy.

This romantically lit place in the heart of a German community called New Braunfels is wonderful. It has a huge lunch plate called three salad sampler which has shrimp, chicken, and spinach salads , and then they add pumpkin bread , all for only $9.99. Marvellous. Cant beat it. Other dishes are great too. Lovely ambiance and a few nice shops behind the restaurant.

We are new to the area and have been looking for nice quite place to have dinner and a glass of wine on a week night, with food that you cant wait to try again. I can say we have found one here. The wife and I just loved the setting and very courteous waitress we had. The dishes we tried were plentiful and very flavorful. WE WILL BE BACK!
