A wonderful restsurant with the most amazing ambience. Their courtyard is like a dream locale. The food is gourmet and the plates look like something out of a magazine or foodie show. Fancy and impressive. The staff is attentive and the manager walks around asking the guests how they are doing and how they like the food. A wonderful experience every time I've gone.

Can't say enough positive things about Palmer's. We needed to arrange a family gathering quickly, Monte was great to work with. The food was excellent and Ryan, our waiter, was gracious and attentive. I highly recommend them for dinner out or for a an event. They will do everything they can to make it a success.

Food is good, wait staff friendly. Call ahead seating is meaningless. Still waited over 2 hrs. Got there at 1 and left close to 5. They absolutely cannot handle a rush. Off peak hrs they are great

Mother's day is busy for all restaurants, I get it. But I called ahead a week before and asked detailed questions about call ahead policy and about the restaraunts ability to accommodate a party of six, two of them in wheelchairs, four of them elderly and one of them a 92 year old WWII vet. We arrived at 10:50am, more than 30 minutes before our "call ahead" time. We anticipated that there would be a wait. We were told 45min to 1hr wait. Like I said we anticipated a wait. Two hour later... At some point not coming back to your customers to inform them of a longer than anticipated wait is just extremely poor service. Maybe next year, just be honest with people. But, maybe also think about going to a true reservation system for big days. I get being busy on a day like mother's day. But I've come to expect more than this from Palmers. I hope you can make your restaurant a better experience for others in the future. You've always been one of my favorite places. But treating a group like this, this way, is simply inexcusable. Editing after owners response.... It's now 2:30. I'm still in your restaurant. Our food JUST NOW arrived. It's actually better than I would have expected considering how busy you are. We didn't have our "panties in a wad". That includes my wife, my mother and my mother in law. I don't think it was intentional but it may be better to use a different expression next time. You would not have even known we were here had I not posted this review. We waited very patiently. The description of my Step dad was more about his age (that I informed your staff of when I called ahead). I have no reason to think you treat veterans any differently than anyone else. Our waiter has been great.

Very comfortable place to have a meal. The food and service are good, as are the drinks. The home that houses the indoor dining is quite inviting. The restaurant is a great place for groups. Saturday and Sunday feature a brunch menu until 2:30 pm.
