I love small town restaurants. Food is good comfort food, but mostly all fried or burgers. It sure does beat a McDonalds or Sonic. Of the 4 times that I have visited I have had mostly friendly service, but there seems to always be a grouch or someone having trouble taking the order. At the same time, it seems the other employees go above and beyond to make up for it. Blue bell ice cream for dessert, which is always a bonus for the kids.

This place is the freaking bomb!! Seen it as I was passing thru, glad I stopped. Amazing food and almost takes you back in time with the way everything is set up and the good spirited people that work there. Don't pass this place up

The food was adequate, the french fries were cold, the gravy was room temperature, the chicken tenders were way too hot and I had to wait before I could eat them, which only made the rest of my food colder. In spite of all of this the food was decent. I've had worse, and I would prefer this over Sonic.
