This was decent food. Not great but it was cheap and fast. Staff was helpful. For those of you that know Jake's, it's a similar experience. You get more burger variety at Jake's but this was easy for a quick bite to eat as soon as we left the theater.

Used to be an amazing family experience, and with superior customer service. Sadly that seems to be lacking today very inattentive wait staff. Manager was helpful. Didn't comp meal but help solve the problem promptly.

We went to Snuffers on a Sunday at noon. They were not busy. Lotsof empty tables available. We had to seat ourselves. No one even acknowledged we were there for 20 minutes. No water, no silverware and no "someone will be with you shortly". When were acknowledged by a wait person it was because I stopped someone as they were walking by our table. The food was average at best. Cheese fries for appetizer, one cheeseburger plain, one patty melt and one grilled chicken plate. Then we had to wait 10 minutes after finishing before the waiter brought our bill. We won't be back.

I have been going to snuffers since the 90s at the lower Greenville location. Now they are in Highland Village and in the Southlake town square. You can't beat this food. Wow. The Angus steak strip and the natural cut fries..... gravy, yummy tea.... man this place is an all time favorite. Get the fried mushrooms for appetizer.....

I've been here several times, as I used to work across the street and would come here for lunch on the occasion. I loved the atmosphere, but the quality of food was always lacking. The burgers were way too salty. I've actually never had a burger as salty as those. It wasn't just one time, either, I've been there probably close to ten times. The staff is great, but the food just needs a little work.
