Good size pieces of catfish, seasoned perfectly, and fried just right. I wasn't crazy about the tartar sauce because it was too sweet and I prefer a dill tartar sauce. Maybe they could have that as a future option on the relish bar ;). I didn't care for the green beans at all because they were also sweet from the ham they were cooked with. But, everything else I tried on the relish bar was very good: pea salad, cole slaw, potato salad, hush puppies. There was more than enough food that I got very full. I'd come back.

Coming from Washington DC area, I love fried catfish so I search Internet for Catfish place in Dallas... Here we go I drove over an hours to get there on Friday evening after office meeting from the office closed to Love Field Airport.. It really worth it.... I got the choice pick 2 whole fried catfish with green bean and also Fried Sweet potato... it was so DELICIOUS.. Next day I come back and tried their special menu baked Salmon on their special sauce... well it was so good.. The service was great always see the smile on their face...even though the restaurant was so busy on the weekend...

It's been since I was in my 20's since I've dined at Catfish Cove and it doesn't suprise me at all that they have remodeled and expanded a few times though the ages. It was as good as ever and the prices are still just as friendly. Don't know why I haven't eaten there in so long. Other than more space in the enclosure it's still the exact same place and people. Five stars plus

The food here is just okay. They have a great small salad bar, but nothing had much flavor. The pricing was good though. If you want great fish I recommend that you go to the Flying Fish. Just Google it.

Great family meal options. Usually do take-out here and the fish is always fresh. Plenty of food options. They have a fresh salad bar which includes potato salad, relish style foods, and banana pudding.
