Disappointment regarding lack of professionalism from Daniel in bar. Restaurant empty so no excuse for not receiving great service. Never was greeted properly when seated. Order was not correct...never an apology or asked "How is your lunch?". I had to ask for water and a napkin. Seemed to be an attitude when I asked. When shift changed, he just left. Never informed me of shift change and that another person was taking over. Completely dissatisfied and will spend my money elsewhere.

Brought family of 4 here to try out for first time based on a recommendation. Arrived at 5:10p on Monday 2/5/18. We were the only people in dining room and then a party of 2 followed in behind us. With only 6 people in the restaurant, our food took an inordinately long time to arrive. Our kids shared a pepperoni pizza that arrived around 545p with slightly burnt crust. My wife ordered the pork tenderloin and I had the chicken and dumplings. Our meals didn’t arrive until almost 40 minuets after we ordered. The waiter did explain that the first attempt at cooking the tenderloin, the cook burnt it. My wife did enjoy her meal and mine was good as well but I did find a chicken bone in my meal that I had to spit out. Paying our bill also took a long time which the time stamp on the receipt said 6:17p. Over an hour and 10 mins to complete our dining experience which kind of soured us. Total bill came to $74 with tip included with just water to drink with our meals. My wife was willing to give another try. I am more hesitant to do so.

Horrible service. I brought my mother here for brunch on mother's day, and the only service we got had to be tracked down. The waiter never came around, after 1 hour at the resturant the waiter only came by twice and forgot our drinks everytime. The food was great but the staff was unprofessional and ruined the experience.

Johnny Wimbrey, who is black, says the manager at Sambuca 360 in Plano wanted to give the table to a white man who is a regular. #Boycott

Restaurant clearly suffers from EXTREMELY poor management. We enjoy the food on the brunch menu, but the place is always empty. Cold coffee, odd hours, music from kitchen blaring so loud you can hear it throughout the restaurant. Food is totally inconsistent, bartender so forgetful it's a wonder you ever see a refill, he looks outright stoned or hungover. Creamer for coffee had gone bad one one visit, I learned by watching it curdle in the coffee. No caddies on tables, no salt or pepper on tables, this at a high-end price point restaurant. It's a shame because it could be such a nice restaurant but needs to clean house on employees top to bottom and start all over. After this, our third totally flawed visit with multiple problems, we won't be back. I say this so readers will know we gave it multiple chances to be better, and it is 100% not worth your time. TO THE OWNER: there are good consultants who can offer you simple.ways to right your ship, please consider hiring someone. Why leave money on the table out of simple neglect, and why waste that beautiful restaurant to poor staffing?
