So definitely a mom-and-pop but not necessarily a greasy spoon. So that was great and as this was my first visit we will be back again. I thought my cashier was okay but the waitress was phenomenal and the food was the temperature it was supposed to be and it tasted great and at first when I saw the portion size I wasn't necessarily happy about it but it filled me up and it worked out really well. I think they could use better rolls though

The classic mom and pop diner. Friendly staff, quick. Decent salad bar, the food is yummy and priced great!! Don't expect 5 star dining. If you enjoy down home, southern style, diner food then this is your place!!

Wanda's is one of my very favorite local diners in Weatherford, Tx. The food is always excellent, homemade, fresh and the service is right on. You can get breakfast 24 hrs. a day, their Chicken Fried Steak, Rib-Eyes and T-Bones for two, old fashion hamburgers and their onion rings are big and hand breaded and homemade. Homemade pies and cakes, milkshakes and ice cream sundae's like you used to get back in the 60's. The prices are really reasonable, too.

The food taste fine and the portion on my sandwich was good, however they charged me $5 to split a plate for my children without even telling me there was going to be a charge and I had already told the waitress this was our first time here. The waitstaff was nice enough but not attentive. I won't be going back.

Food was decent and people were pleasant. Just seemed like an old diner with so many selections that nothing stood out and food was unimpressive. Older crowd, vibe reminded me of an old cafeteria. Lots of Elvis memorabilia. I ordered the chili pie and my friend ordered taco salad. Chili pie was way over priced for what you get. Chili tasted like watered-down can chili. Taco salad was same chili on bed of iceberg lettuce with some tomatoes and cheese on off-tasting corn chips. Oh, and water and tea (and probably fountain drinks, too) had a terrible "dirt" flavor. Local water must be awful. But the restaurant cant help that, unless they filtered all of their water. Overall, wasnt the worst but certainly wasnt near the top either.
