I like Cajun food but don't eat much of it so I can't comment a ton but this place has always been a good experience and the food is fresh and well prepared. I typically get either the jumbalaya or chicken sandwich. Worth a visit for sure.

Ordered the soft shell crab, its 21 dollars for two and they were both very small. I've ordered the soft shell at PAPAS year round and they give you two very large crabs. They also put way too much seasoning on the crabs at Floyd's. It's almost as if it was blacken and fried. Would not recommend , and will not eat again. Seriously, take the soft shell crab off the menu and stop giving a gargantuan portion of just one side(and offer two sides like every other restaurant) maybe then yall could get 4 to 5 stars.

Yes Lawd!!! I love this place. I ended up going here for the first time because my wife's maiden name is Floyd Lol I haven't regretted it since. The vibe is just... comfortable. The food, tho...AMAZING! They have a dish called Floyd's Bar Trash... It has a CRAZY amount of seafood in it...and the sauce is awesome. Put the garlic bread with it, and I promise you're going to sleep right there in your seat! Lol They give you a lot of food for the prices they charge, which are extra affordable. They also serve beer. There's crawfish on the menu, shrimp, catfish, oysters, and etc. I love going to Floyd's, especially when I want to be full on seafood. Try it. U won't regret it.

Love this place. Have been going here for years. Great Crawfish and food all around. Go see my buddies Smiley and Manuel. Make sure you have Smiley make you a bowl of his "Muddy Water" to go with your crawfish order. You can thank me later for that little bit of advice. The food is great, the service is great, and the place is always hopping.

Very racist staff. The hostess asked us to follow her and then abandoned us without seating...next to the kitchen. We thought maybe she went to see of another table. Five minutes later, saw her laughing on her phone. She couldn't even come back to apologize and offer a bit of a longer wait. Did she expect is to cook our own food?! Slavery is over.
