For years this has been my all time favorite restaurant. I was a regular customer at the old location in American Fork. Haven’t been to the new location until today and I was very disappointed. Ordered something new, tried out the fish tacos. Normally their tacos are to die for but these over priced tortillas with melted cheese and a 1/16 inch thick piece of fish were awful. No flavor, no meat, lettuce when it should have been cabbage. All around a huge disappointment. Not to mention I had to wait 15 minutes for two tacos. Sorry, but I will not be returning. It was better before they changed locations. Giving two stars because the hot sauce was good.

Good food, but minus 3 stars for very inattentive staff. Waited for over 30 minutes for a simple taco plate. 25 minutes into the wait, they realized that I was still sitting at my table waiting for my order, and then they finally got to work on my order. I watched them only take 7 minutes to prepare my food. When it was brought to me, there was not a single apology for the extremely long wait. Unacceptable. A simple gesture that they were sorry for the error and I could have forgiven them, but....nothing. And given the fact that the restaurant was not that busy and I was also the last order for at least 20 minutes before another customer placed their order, it was just too much to ignore. I most likely won't be back, but again, their food is pretty good. Worth a shot if you haven't eaten here.

I actually really liked this place when it first opened but I honestly could not recommend it anymore. The quality of the service is pretty terrible. We had to wait longer for our drink order than our food. We ordered our food to go and when I got home I found the order was wrong. I understand that happens sometimes so it's not a big deal. My wife called and explained what we got and describes what we ordered. She drives back to get the correct order. She gets home with that food and it's also wrong. We just gave up and made food at home after that. The little bit we tried to eat of the second order was ok, but after finding a toothpick mixed in my food I decided I was done for good. At the very least if you're going to come here order your food to stay so you don't have to drive back to get the right food.

I can understand the problems with customer service, while I've not had to wait, it's easy to see how you could be ignored/forgotten. The front register typically is less responsive than most restaurants. That being said, the tacos are amazing. Meat is moist, which is my biggest complaint about many other street taco places(the meat being dry, that is), a bit fatty, and served in abundance. More meat than the little tortilla can handle. Good prices for the tacos also, relative to quality. The horchata is also tasty, along with the other food I've tried.

I don’t love Mexican food, but I really like this place. Great flavor, great selection, and fresh. This is a great place to hang out with family/friends/office lunches without having to pay for and wait for a meal at a sit down restaurant. Will definitely go back.
