Excellent food seasoned just right. Friendly staff; very clean restaurant. Be sure to take the survey on the receipt and score a FREE entree. And who doesn't like "Free"? I would have given it 5 stars, except the portions were a tad bit small for my liking.

This location is good. Staff is good. Food good. Food is fresh. They don't just stop making food here like some other locations do. I hate it when the other locations are lazy and just stop making certain items. Not this location. Always has every selection available or cookimg

Yummy Chinese. Fried rice, orange chicken, spring rolls you name it. But there is no Coca-Cola sadly. Good service. Quick and easy. I think there is a drive-thru.

Spanish lady Brenda and window girl gossip out loud in Spanish about other employees. Just because I'm white don't mean I can't understand them. Very rude comments

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. We live out in Saratoga, but the food is never fresh at the Panda out here where as it’s just hit and miss at the AF location. We checked online to make sure they were still open (it’s winter and some places change closing hours to earlier this time of year) because we're getting a late dinner. On their official website it says the hours they are open are 10:30 AM To 10:00 PM. We pulled up at about 9:35, 25 minutes before they’re supposed to close, and I go to park because I don’t want to eat in the car and if we take the food home, it will be stale by the time we get there. Before I can even finish getting out of my car, one of the employees yells out the side door that we can’t go into the lobby, but have to go through the drive through because their lobby closes at 9:30. Meanwhile I’m staring at a neon open sign on their lobby door. Nowhere online does it specify different closing hours for their lobby and it was not posted on any of their doors that their lobby closes earlier than their drive through. Needless to say, we had to figure something else to eat because I don’t eat in my car and I don’t like old food. If you’re going to change your hours, you need to update it on your website and change the stickers on your doors. We will probably not be visiting this Panda Express location ever again.
