If I could give negative stars I wouldn't hesitate. My family and I decided to try this place based on its reputation alone, big mistake. We brought our 5 very hungry children in for lunch. I had to show the host where he could fit us for starters. We then sat at the biggest table in the place and were completely ignored for 20 minutes, 20 minutes! Nobody even came over in that time to ask what we wanted to drink, yet people coming in after us were being served food. We left without eating. Hands down the most horrible experience in any establishment, ever. All we got as we were leaving was a very unapologetic apology. Do not go here, as the staff clearly have no idea what they're doing. Thanks Johnny Rockets, for the screaming temper tantrums from our hungry kids that followed our exit, we will never forget it.

Went to grab a bite to eat before going shopping with my family. We walked in and the teenage kids really didn’t seem to be in a rush to seat us. When we got our food the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted and I could literally break a piece off it was that cold. Our fries were also cold and our milkshake was basically chocolate milk because it was so melted. The waiter was really nice and his service was good but the food was just nasty.

Food was very good and service was fast. The tables were mostly clean and everything seemed hygenic. Good experience!

The food was good. The waitress that served us tonight was great. I think it was a little over priced for a burger and fries. The shake was runny and not as thick as I had other shakes elsewhere. It was fairly clean, but the booth could have had some cleaning. There were old straws, crayons and stuff in the seat. I'll eat here again if I'm out shopping at the outlets but I'm probably not going to drive over here just to eat.

Took a large group at lunch time and they were able to seat us quickly. Great service and we all enjoyed the food.
