I'd give zero stars if I could. Me and my dad come here often, typically can deal with the long wait times (up to 30 min for food) However today it took 20 min just for drinks and soups, we were alone in the restaurant for our first 15 minutes. On top of that, the one drink that wasn't water was brought wrong and warm. Then 2 tables came in afterwards and immediately got drinks and started getting sushi. After 35 minutes with only 1 visit to refill our waters, we finally left and paid for our soup. Longest wait we've had to deal with and will definitely not be coming again. Not sure many people who have an hour + for lunch, completely unacceptable service, and I've served for 4 years in 3 restaurants, not once was I that slow without any consider for my customers.

My wife and I went Superbowl day, no other Japanese restaurants were open. Actually, almost all restaurants were closed that day. There was only one other group there. The portions were very good, because the fish was not at all fresh. The price was average across most other Sushi restaurants in Salt Lake, so the there isn't any excuse for not having good fish. I will not recommend another option here, but there are several better places in a reasonable distance.

They used to be great and it was our go to sushi place. I'm really sad that something has happened to impact the quality of this restaurant. The last 3 times I have been over the course of the past 6 months the sushi has tasted old. The extra star is for the service provided. I have never had a bad server here, but the quality of the sushi has made me decide to not return.

Nice, cozy place with a comfortable, fairly stylish atmosphere and good food. Sushi and sashimi have always been well prepared and fresh (well, inland fresh, of course). Great place, especially for AF. They have recently started serving Chinese food from an secondary menu; I can't speak to that food because I always get sushi, but I hear it's pretty good.

Drew was an amazing waiter, and knew absolutely everything about the menu! The food was delicious, the sake was perfect, and the sushi and atmosphere were superb! I am definitely coming back!!
