I have no complaints about the food or how it's made. What I do have a complaint about is there are 4 people here but only 2 are making sandwiches! One girl thought it was more important to stock the chip rack and another one just followed the girl around talking to her as shes trying to help customers.

If I could give zero stars I would! I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted and asked to wait just a moment. 15 minutes later, after backing up and pulling forward again and then honking and then finally pulling out and all the way around again we placed our order. They took my order and I pulled forward to the window. They had an issue running my card, saying it required a PIN because it didn’t have credit option which is not true (I work at the bank). They did not have any toys for the kids meals. They returned my card and then we waited, and waited, and waited again. I honked and they came and apologized and asked if they could offer me anything else, I said I just wanted my sandwiches. They then took another 10 minutes. When I asked them what had happened they said that they got a rush and “totally spaced it”. I finally drove away 50 minutes after originally pulling up and got home with my sandwiches only to find that the kids sandwiches did not have the lettuce we had requested and my sandwich didn’t have the spinach! Absolutely ridiculous service.

Toaster oven was out of service. If I had known, I'd have gone somewhere else. Two other times recently that I went there, they were out of the herbs and cheese bread that I went for.

Absolutely never go through the drive through! No cheese... cold chicken... makes me never want to go back. Disappointed!

A decent subway. Could be a little more friendly and not just take your order. But they are not unfriendly by any means.
