Disappointed lately. Had the usual, which is the rib eye sandwich. It is not as good as it used to be. Very little meat in it. The pickled daikon/carrot was not as good as before, chunks were too large and there was no flavor, like they didn’t pickle them. They screwed up my take out order. There was no sauce for my husband’s bhan me. Mine was soggy. I asked how long the wait to get a new one, they said they were busy...they are the ones that screwed up the order, I feel they should have fixed it! The credit card machine wasn’t working, so I had to pay with cash.

Man, I love this place. I don't know what else to say. The size of the meal and the price is awesome. I order it to go a lot of time and get an extra Pho for later. Always good quality food, great customer service, and very fast - even when they're busy. They have the model down, I wish more places were like Oh Mai!

Excellent food. I really enjoyed the pork noodles. It was very good. Their website and menu needs updating, as some of the items we called in to order are no longer offered.

Recently, they've made some changes in order to save some money. The plastic disposable bowls and silverware they use now is kind of a turn off for me. Food is still good, and the sandwiches are delish! Good place, but not my go to spot anymore.

Great quality since they first opened. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices have barely changed in the several years they have been open, so with inflation I guess they have actually gone down.
