Several years ago we dined at zuccas old location often. We recently gave their new location a try. The atmosphere was nice however I was less than impressed with our service. Our table was dirty, as was the plate my salad was served on. Speaking of my salad. Having recently been placed on strict dietary restrictions I ordered my salad without carrots, tomatoes, cheese, or dressing, it arrived with all of the items. My partner ordered calamari, unfortunately it was slightly undercooked. Our main entrees however were delightful. Our waiter was a bit slow and seemed to have had a hard time remembering small request like refilling drinks. What used to be hands down a five for my family is now a three star rating at best.

Somewhat posh restaurant. Serviettes and a wine list. Italian food with carrots in the marinara sauce. My pasta was firm as it should be. Staff treat you like royalty. You could say it was formal. Take your girlfriend here to propose.

Valentine's Day was rough for them. Lots of good people but they could benefit from Lean Six Sigma training. Lots of walking over each other, forgetting some details, not plating the ladies first, a few send back mistakes noted from other customers. Needs some perfecting. Food was fine and probably finest in town for the night but compared to other Italian places it could get more Wow factor. Staff were super friendly and gracious.

This is in a beautiful renovation of an historic theater on 25th street in Ogden. The service was tops, the menu interesting and included prime rib, which was pricey. The pasta prices were the upper end of moderate, though. My husband had chicken Alfredo and it lacked flavor but if this classic is normally too rich for you, then it could be great! I would go again. It had a classy feel.

Very cool setting and atmosphere. They don't mind if you sit and chat after your meal. No rush to get you out the door. Delicious food, great value for the money.
