Went yesterday for Mother's day. 4 adults and 1 kid. Food and live pianist are nice. 1. In the check for all you can eat, that is $50.00, they add you automatically 20% for service (?). It is not a party of 8+ and you don't have a service to the table as it is a self service. 2. They bring you the check to sign and it has a space to add a TIP. Really??? After the 20% that you already charged in each check??? 3. They delivered roses for the mothers of each table, they didn't gave us any. 4. It is a pricey brunch as probably you don't eat the equivalent of the food they charge you. 5. Hope they can fix the old restrooms they have as the soap dispenser was falling down and the toilets were clogged with paper. You can get great food for less in the valley with a great service as well.

We got to Fanny's early in the morning on our stay, beating the crowds and the kids. We had a delightful spot sitting overlooking the pond and it was quiet. Our server was kind and authentic. We loved her. A hot coffee in the morning was just what was needed to enjoy the experience and our breakfasts were served quickly and were actually quite good! Mine came with a cranberry scone, homemade, that was incredible! The eggs Benedict had a "Homestead" flair and was really quite good and the vegetarian omelette was also very good. Highly recommend doing a breakfast at Fanny's!

The location is beautiful, but that's about it. The restaurant is difficult to find, the decor is outdated. The service was average and slow, but laid back which can be nice. The food is nothing to talk about: it is average and plain. Overall it is not worth the time or anything special. If you don't have anything better then it will be fine. Oh it is close to the Homestead Crater if you are going swimming, but still not worth it. Coffee was great!!!

Great food and great atmosphere on the patio with the pond and golf course trees. Service is good. Stop by the crater hot springs for a soak inside the crater and/or play some golf. Never stayed in the lodging, but I imagine it is probably good.

Pretty good breakfast. Wait staff was hit or miss on filling coffee or getting check. We ate there 3 mornings in row.
