My friends, husband and I went into this IHOP for a meal, and we got the WORST service ever!!!!! First of all, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food, kind of understandable because there was 5 of us. Second, the waitress NEVER came to check on us. When she finally brought our food, my husband had to ask for refills on our drinks, she took our cups, BUT SHE NEVER CAME BACK WITH OUR REFILLS!!!!! We had one napkin to share between the 5 of us. My husband NEVER got his salad he ordered, my onion rings where soggy and undercooked, and then the waitress had the gawl to come over smiling, with the ticket to ask how everything was. When I asked to talk to her manager, she pointed me in his direction, followed me over there, and then gave me attitude when I was telling him how terrible our service was. The manager was nice enough to cut our ticket in half, but we will NEVER be returning to this location. If I could give a half a star I would. Unfortunately for them, I am a secret shopper, and I was on a secret shop.

The food is always a 9 or ten! You have to remind them that kids eat free, but that usually when they are busy. The high chairs have many broken straps. At the end of the day, I take my family here bi weekly and will do so again and again. So kid friendly. Great for large family gatherings.

I brought my daughters here for a mommy/daughter breakfast date. We waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes and nobody came to seat us. The restaurant was empty with maybe a few patrons. I don't know if they were low on staff that day or if their staff was just being lazy, but we shouldn't have to wait to be seated for 20 minutes with an empty restaurant. We ended up going to Denny's and had a wonderful experience.

Was seated and waited on immediately. Really friendly server who was quick to both host and serve. Delicious meal with less than a 10 minute wait after ordering. Highly recommend!

The food was great, but the iced coffee wasn't worth it. The busboy shoved his way between my wife and I as we entered, and while the life of a busser is indeed harsh, I would gave preferred a word of apology to the glare I received in its stead. I had the corned beef breakfast melt, and it was awesome. I'm also fond of the beef tips at this location, they're always incredible. Don't waste your money on the sampler, however.
