I would definitely give 0 star if I could! Terrible experience here! The food taste really bad. Other reason I want to give 0 star - 1.They mandatory charge you 15% tips(we only have 2 people, not a big group) and they never tell you they did that!(Their old receipt system did not show tips but they added there!) 2. Service is really bad! 3. They give us the wrong bill and let us stand there waiting to pay for at least 5+ mins. 4. They charged a higher sales tax(9.6%), but actually it should be 8.6% - we asked the boss there and he said the government decide the rate but we searched google it is 8.6%. 5. We didn't order rice, they send rice to us and charged $3! 6. We order mid size soup and we got mid size of course but they tried to charge us price of large size ------------- Anyway, don't let them ruin you vacation......

We were hungry and we saw this restaurant and we stopped. I didn’t check online and didn’t know there was 2.7 rating online. When we asked about our food the wheelchair lady called the waitress and told him to get our food. He asked about it and she yelled and slapped him. Then she said he was a crazy Mexican. The food is pretty good but it was overpriced and the already put the tip on. Overall our food was good and the service was terrible. They do not come and check on you while you are eating. The lady kept yelling at the waitress to do things and would tell us that he has troubles. As Chinese people who haven’t had good Chinese food in a while personally think he food was pretty good and it was worth stopping by, but not everyone would say that about the Szechuan Restaurant.

Food was standard fare, don’t come here if you’re looking for real Szechuan food, but the worst part about this restaurant is their business practices. First off, this restaurant is understaffed, with only one person managing the register and one person running from the kitchen and back. The two seem to be honest people, but they aren’t very good at their job. Three members of my family and I ordered a soup, but the wrong soup was brought to us. We ended up never receiving a soup. Upon receiving the bill, we asked for the soup to be removed from our bill, and it was done expediently. As I was about to sign, I noticed how much we owed seemed high, and no itemized receipt was provided. The cashier said they added a 15% tip. Now this strikes me as dishonest, because it’s not common for gratuity to be included for a party of 4, and without an itemized receipt, a customer has no way of knowing. This was a ploy to squeeze as much money out of us, and this shop should be condemned for it.

Wish I had read reviews first. Food was tasty. Service was not bad. Prices were pretty high. Management was horrible! Lady in wheel chair yelling at waitstaff. Couldn't wait to leave! Scared my kids!

Do not eat at this restaurant. We went in thinking it was going to be good because it was an old school Chinese restaurant. Nope--the food was awful and my waitress ditched us and made some guy who didn't even speak English take pur order. She didn't even give us a check and the cashier charged us over 417 dollars. We were in the middle of moving so that return will not post for 5 business days. Run away from this place and always check what is good in this area.
