Food was fantastic. Good atmosphere. LARGE portions for price paid. Spicy sesame chicken is spicy. I could not even remotely finish my delicious meal. Picture is of my leftovers after soup and salad. I would happily go back here to get a belly ache for overeating.

There is more parking along the north side of the building. The food is great and we love their pot stickers! The interior has a fun environment. We take my parents here any time they are in town.

Yamato is hands down the best sushi and Japanese restaurant in the county and one of the best in Utah. The sushi is crazy good and very different than most sushi places. Most sushi places use lesser quality fish and then mince it to hide the texture of the fish. When you order sushi, you get whole, large pieces of fish and you can taste the high quality and buttery texture of the fish. For those that don't like raw fish, there are excellent tempura and other options. The steak, chicken and miso are great and the servers are super attentive and the work very hard to create a great dining experience for you. Kudos to the excellent sushi chef here!!!

The best place for sushi in Utah County! The service is impeccable, the staff is so friendly and I love the environment. The Korean BBQ is a little too sweet for my tastes. But I always enjoy coming here!

I love this place. Everything I've eaten here has tasted great--from sushi to tempura to everything on a Bento plate--and they are very generous with the portion sizes, considering the low cost. Also, the servers are incredibly kind and accommodating. This is handily my favorite Asian restaurant in Utah County! Just wanted to add that Yamato also has a lovely ambience in the evenings, they accommodated my four kids very well, and their service is *crazy* fast even on busy nights. Just wish I lived closer!
