This has got to be the worst managed/staffed restaurant in Orem. I go once every month or so thinking maybe they'll have fixed their problems but my orders are always either missing items or they can't get any small modifications correct, for example adding cheese to a Whopper JR or not getting mustard/pickles on a cheeseburger. Also the time it takes to get an order out takes way longer than it should. The ingredients and food taste fine, but half the time it's cold, so if you check your order and don't expect any changes to any items to be made and don't mind your food possibly being cold you'll be just fine. Honestly they need new management or an overhaul of their training.

The person that served me was extremely friendly and helpful. I really have to point out that this is a rare thing, since you can usually only get one of these at best. I remember growing up hating pickles on my burger, and no matter how many times I asked them to take them off they always forgot. This Burger King actually remembered. Kudos and thanks!

Great customer service. Good looking orders, let's get some better cheese on those sandwiches though. I can shop at Walmart for those slices!

The new crispy chicken sandwich would win for most people in a blind taste test against Chick Fil A. Customer service is a bit cold and impersonal, even by fast food standards, but my order was accurate and served fast. Can't ask for a whole lot more

I’ve had really good experiences except for when Bret is working there. Everytime i’ve dealt with him he has been rude or grumpy. The food has been worse when he’s on shift but I don’t know if that’s related. Other than that this burger king would get 5 stars from me
