I love this place. I have been to this restaurant over 20 times and the service is always outstanding. Their buffet always has great food. A few years ago we went in and my then 3 year old daughter was making it impossible to eat. The woman working the front as the matradee. Came over asked if she could help and rocked and feed her until she fell asleep. This is when I fell in love. This restaurant really treats you like family. The buffet could be use a bit more heat. I will always be a customer of India palace.

This place is so good. It's so fun, I always feel so welcome by the staff. The guy that's always at the front desk is super funny. I don't know if he's the owner, but he's always there! I always go during the week to get their lunch buffet. It's so good. If you like Indian food at a great price you have to come here.

We felt like having Indian food, and Bombay House came to mind first. (Maybe because it is a little more famous?) Anyway, we walked in and were discouraged by the mass of people waiting to be seated. So we left Bombay House. But luckily for us, we saw that India Palace was nearby and decided to try it instead. And I'm glad we did! We were seated right away. Our food was great -- we were happy to see so many vegan options! I've never seen served my food in a bucket before. 😊And the servers were very friendly.

Came here with my fellow graduate students for a lunch during the buffet and was pleasantly surprised. The spiciness was toned down a bit, not really Indian level spice, but probably good for Americans. The value is pretty good if you are hungry and willing to eat 2 or three plates. The food is delicious and savory. The atmosphere is definitely "cool," and "chill." I have not gone to the other Provo Indian place, but I would definitely come here again with the wife (sans kids) and easy lunch with her. The variety was welcomed, especially if you are used to a sit down Indian restaurant where you buy one dish a piece. The nan bread was delicious.

Very good for a very fair price. Portions are totally shareable unless your dating an athlete. Sorry. Service is great, they are friendly and pretty quick bringing your food. Truth be told, Bombay House is better by but not by that much. So if your on budget and Bombay has a ridiculous 2hr wait, you won't regret coming here.
