First off when using the restroom a Male employee walked right in without knocking or announcing himself, and proceeded to clean while I was using the restroom. Second our $200 catering ordering wasn't ready at all. They barely started it at 430 PM which was our scheduled pickup time. Then as we went through the bags to see if everything was there we were missing quite a few items. It was like they didn't know about a catering order at all. We cater from this location a lot. Probably 6 to 8 times a year. Very disappointed with this visit. Dirty as well. Trashes overflowing. Sad.

This location used to be awesome. They were fast (regardless of the line length), the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful and the management was amazing. Now it has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a restaurant. The line takes at least 45 minutes regardless of how short it is, they run out of food without seeming to be able to anticipate it so they can make more beforehand and their employees are rude and condescending to customers. The last 4-5 times I have gone, it is always the same regardless of the time of day or day of the week. I am officially removing this location from my list of places to go in Layton. Too bad since I am a regular.

We accidentally got charged incorrectly and didn't realize it until after we were home! We completed the survey online the next day, someone contacted us and they made it right!! Nicely done Cafe Rio!!! 5 stars for great customer service and the food is always good!!!!

I wish Cafe Rio would train employees that the gloves they wear are for customer safety and not their own. Seeing dirty towels wiping off food surfaces, seeing them touch everything in sight, then back to food prep is so disturbing. I love CR food. I can't sit and watch them manhandle dirty towels, then my food. There has to be a better way.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Great place to eat, and not too busy weeknights.
